Terms of use
The rules that apply when you browse this site. They do not replace the signed agreement for a mandate.

What this site is for
This is a brochure site. It presents the services of PBM Collectif and lets you write to us. Nothing is sold here, no payment is taken, and there is no account, no client portal and no product download.
Accuracy of the information
We keep the content up to date to the best of our knowledge. Service descriptions are general: what will actually be delivered to you is described in the written proposal you receive after the call, and that document is what counts.
Availability
We do what is needed to keep the site reachable, without being able to guarantee it at all times: a host, an internet provider or maintenance may interrupt it. An interruption of this brochure site does not affect services already delivered to our clients.
Ownership of the content
The text, logo, images and code of this site belong to PBM Collectif. You may read the site, share it by link and quote short excerpts with attribution. Any substantial reproduction or commercial reuse requires our written agreement.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to sites we do not control, including examples of work. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Reasonable use
Please do not attempt to reach the site through abusive automated means, do not try to disrupt its operation, and do not use the email address shown here for bulk solicitation.
Contractual relationship
Browsing this site or writing to us creates no contract. A mandate begins only when a written proposal is accepted by both parties. The terms of the mandate — scope, timeline, cost, responsibilities, ownership of the deliverable — are set out in that document and prevail over this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec, Canada.
