No payment goes through this site. The terms of a mandate are agreed in writing, before we start.

No online sales
This site takes no payment. There is no cart, no subscription to sign up for and no credit card form. No price is displayed. So there is nothing to cancel or refund for a purchase made on this site.
How a mandate starts
Everything begins with a free 30-minute call. If we go further, you receive a written proposal setting out the scope of the work, the timeline and the cost. Nothing starts — and nothing is invoiced — before you accept it.
Cancellation and refunds
The cancellation, invoicing and refund terms specific to your mandate are described in that written proposal, because they depend on what has to be done. They are agreed with you before work starts, never after.
We commit to two things whatever the mandate: you know what you are paying before you commit, and you do not receive an invoice for work you did not approve.
If something goes wrong
Write to us and explain the situation. We first look at what needs fixing in the work delivered; if a disagreement remains, we look for a reasonable arrangement with you directly.
