FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What we get asked most often, with answers that do not dodge.

What exactly is an automation?

It is a program that does, in your place, a task you keep redoing. For example: every time a customer fills in your form, their record is created in your CRM, a confirmation email goes out, and you get an alert. You click nothing.

What is the difference between an automation and an AI agent?

An automation follows a fixed rule: « when this happens, do that ». An AI agent reads free text, understands what it means and decides what to do. The first is simpler and steadier; the second handles situations you cannot spell out in advance.

Do I need to be comfortable with technology?

No. That is the whole point of our work. You describe your problem in your own words; we handle the technical side, the setup and the fixes.

What happens to my data?

We keep access to the strict minimum needed to make the solution work, and we explain where your data travels before we build anything. If something makes you uncomfortable, we find another way.

How long before it works?

It depends on what has to be connected and how quickly we get access. You get a precise timeline in the plan, after the call — not a vague promise.

Does this replace an employee?

Usually not. It takes away the part of the work that wears people down — data entry, copy-paste, forgotten follow-ups — so they can do what a machine will not do for them.

Why are your prices not listed?

Because a price posted before seeing your tools would be a made-up number. We set the cost after the call, once we know exactly what has to be done, and we put it in writing before we start.

Do you work across Quebec?

Yes. Everything happens remotely: the call, the access, the go-live. We work with businesses throughout the province.

What if it breaks after go-live?

We watch the solutions we install and fix them when a tool changes on its side. Follow-up is part of the plan agreed at the start; it does not show up as a surprise on an invoice.

Do you guarantee the first page of Google?

No. Nobody can honestly guarantee that, and it is the first red flag when a supplier promises it. We build the foundations properly and we tell you plainly where our control stops.
